A: Sorry, but we can't explain individually how to use keygens, etc. Find someone who can help you out or just buy retail product and get tech support hot line.

Q: I bought your groove agent recently but when I try to install it comes back with a message "install from orig disk" anything I am doing wrong? The software key that is included says "run after installation. Thanks for any help.

A: Follow these steps:
1. Run GrooveAgent_InstallCrack.exe in the "crack" directory (Please keep the window open during installation)
2. Run Groove_Agent_Installer.exe
*NOTE You can use updater in tha same way as installation. Updater is freely downloadable at steinberg website.

Q: Hey, I got FXPansion BFD Drum Module loaded, but it is looking for a name and license key combo. I can't find an NFO or DIZ file on the DVDs and I can't find them anywhere on the site. Can you help me out with this.

A: Follow these steps:
1) Install
2) Enter the following reg info to register.
Name: DELiRiUM H2O 2003
Serial: FXBFD0100-H2O-DLM-M8VQ9-YE7G1-V757N
*NOTE How to enter name and serial.
1. Type or paste the name above in the name section and then hit "Enter" on the keyboard. The text will center once you have done that.
2. Do the same for serial but be sure to hit "Enter" on the keyboard so the text goes into the center.
3. Once you have both name and serial entered and both are centered, then you may procede to hit the button at the bottom to accept the reg info.
4. If the text in name and serial are not centered, the reg will fail

Q: Some time ago I bought from you the Wizoo Virtual Percussionist: Darbuka / Latigo DVD. I did as instructed with the LATIGO files. However, at the start up of Latigo the programm came up with the message that I had to certify first. As there is no certification code provided, all I get is the demo certification for 30 days. I already had that. As I wanted to download this new demo certification I got a message that I already had obtained a demo certificate. All I could do was reset my computer to the state of yesterday so now I can at least use the demo. What do I wrong?

A: Follow these steps for Darbuka (For Latigo procedure is the same.):
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugIns\Wizoo\Darbuka Data and start file Set Darbuka Data Location. Confirm OK, that dat file is located here.
2. Copy file Darbuka.WizooCertificate from zip archive to C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugIns\Wizoo\Darbuka Data to replace existing file.
3. Copy file Darbuka.dll from zip archive to C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugIns\Wizoo to replace existing file.

Q: I have some trouble with the Galaxy Steinway. It doesn’t work because of some memory issues. In the Radme text on the DVD it says to register and then download a “performance enhancement” which allows for HD streaming. Since I cannot register, I’m wondering if you know of any other place to get this enhancement, because without it the plugin is useless.

Q: Hi , I have received my order yesterday, but the quantum leap voices of apocalypse 2cds- giga , aren't in giga format!! the file name are .RAR. What format is that? So are you going to send me the .gig version?

A: WinRAR is the most popular archiver. Download and install it. Then unpack your .rar files and you'll have your .gig version.

Q: Hello and thank you !!! The programs arrived today to sweden . It just one problem the cd Killer Horns was emty i hope you send a new copy.

A: It's AKAI format. To read it you should have either hardware or software sampler. If you don't have any, try converter like CDXtract available from our Download section. It can read / convert /save all major formats (AKAI, GIGA, etc.).

Q: I bought a few software packages from you guys and all work great but I did find something interesting hidden in many of the programs. There were adwares, spywares, and programs that redirect your internet activity imbedded in the programs or install when you install the software programs. To get around these I just leave my computer disconnected from the internet. Is there a way around these hidden things in the packages. For example, try Sonar 3.1 while your computer is connected to the internet. You will see what I mean, you get redirected to other search engines. Let me know what you guys think?

A: Actually this is not a problem of warez stuff only - this is a typical problem of almost every modern software, even retail one. I don't think it's a big deal though - just use any firewall or special software for removing adware and spyware like Lavasoft Ad-aware, for example.

Q: I can't open .diz and .nfo files. My Windows got no association with it.

A: They're plain text files. Open them with any text editor (like Windows Notepad, for example).
